The first artist who's influence on the EP I would like to note would be Tigran Hamasyan for vivid textures in his playing and mesmerising use of modal interchange.
'Webbed Feet' (Threshold)
Austin Wintory's compositional approach from 'Journey' of a featured soloist as a hero on a passage within the larger structure was the main inspiration for the story-telling in the EP.
As a fan of Ne Obliviscaris, the progressive form of track listing and additionally the violin lines owe a lot to Tim Charles's writing.
'Star in the Ripples' (Altercation)
Hopefully the influence of Ryuichi Sakamotos shows!
'...Again, Morning' (Outro)
Ravel was most certainly the main influence on the harmonic writing!
